How long will it take to get my order?
For our stationery and "No Excuses" boxes, we have our friends at Dempsey & Carrol send those for us from their shop on Lexington Avenue in New York. For most everything else in our store, that's printed or embroidered once you place your order, so that usually takes a few days and then a few more days for it to arrive in your hands once it ships. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as we have one so you can keep an eye on it.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we're delighted to cover the postage for orders within the United States. If you're outside the United States, send us an email with your address and what you're interested in and we'll let you know what the postage will be.
What if we need our order expedited?
We can probably make that happen. Contact us and let us know the details.
What if there's a problem?
That'd be dreadful and unusual! Just contact us using the form below and we'll sort it out.
What about returns?
We're happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days as long as it's unused and in the same condition you received it. Just contact us using the form below to get the ball rolling. Unfortunately, some items, such as custom stationery or event tickets, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
