How long will it take to get my order?

Most of what we sell is printed just for you once you place your order. (You think we have room for all this stuff?) So, it usually takes a few days for that to happen before it ships and then a few more days for it to arrive in your hands. A few small items, like stickers, ship directly from us. Either way, we'll send you a tracking number as soon as we have one so you can keep an eye on it.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we're delighted to cover the postage for orders within the United States. As a token of your appreciation, we'd love it if you'd send us a photo of you with whatever item you purchased.

What about international orders?

We're happy to ship worldwide. Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees when it arrives, which are your responsibility. (We don't make the rules.)

What if there's a problem?

That'd be dreadful, so just contact us and we'll sort it out.

What about returns?

Happy to accept returns within 30 days as long as it's unused and in the same condition you received it. But why would you return something? (Details in our refund policy.)
